After 5 years of hard work, His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Tinle Lhundup successfully revives the Summer Retreat which was initiated by Lord Buddha 2560 years ago at Jetavana Park, Shravasti. 108 Theravada monks will participate in the 3 month Summer Retreat starting from July 15, 2019. Our gratitude to His Holiness for making a mark in the history of Buddhism.

The Event Commitee has appointed Orient Foundation from Dehra Dun and Garchen Dharma Institute Taiwan as the official photographers and video crews for the event.
Ms. Adelyn, Dr. Chuang and the event team from Malaysia had arrived at Jangchubling, Dehra Dun, on the afternoon of the 22nd April and immediately conducted a briefing on the Great Shravasti - Buddhist Cultural Assembly 2015 event together for the Working Committee members under the supervision of His Holiness The Drikung Kyabgon Tinle Lhundup.
